Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Arborist to join our team. The Arborist will be responsible for the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs to ensure their health and safety.

Duties:

- Conduct tree assessments to determine health, disease, and risk factors
- Perform pruning, trimming, and shaping of trees using proper techniques
- Remove dead or hazardous trees following safety protocols
- Plant new trees and shrubs as needed
- Provide recommendations for tree care and maintenance to clients
- Operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in arboriculture or related field
- Certification as an Arborist or willingness to obtain certification
- Knowledge of tree species, diseases, and proper care techniques
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in outside sales or account management
- Ability to market tree services effectively
- Knowledge of technology sales tools like Salesforce
- Proficiency in for bilingual communication with clients
- Strong negotiation skills for contract agreements
- Customer service-oriented approach to client interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
